1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging.

Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include a photo of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
